For 23 years, I provided behavioural consultation for individuals with developmental disabilities and acquired brain injuries. During my employment with York Central Hospital’s Behaviour Management Services, I served as a workshop instructor where I organized and developed educational workshops and wrote multiple training manuals. In addition, I regularly facilitated behaviour based therapy sessions with my clients.
My lifelong passion for massage therapy fueled my decision to become a Registered Massage Therapist. I graduated at the top of my massage therapy class with first class honours at Trillium College in Oshawa. I have always enjoyed learning and I continually challenge myself to have a broad knowledge base that meets the needs of my clients in order to provide compassionate, high quality client care.

Before your first appointment begins, you will be asked to complete the Health History Form(s) and review the Consent to Treat Form along with the Privacy Policy. During your first appointment, your massage therapist will conduct a review of your health history and may perform postural and orthopedic assessments to help determine the root of your problem. A personalized treatment plan will be developed from this information and it will be discussed with you prior to commencement of your treatment. All treatments require your agreement and consent before implementation. To facilitate this process, it is recommended that a minimum of a one hour appointment be booked for your first visit.
At any time during your session, you can ask for changes to your treatment or to discontinue the treatment. Throughout your treatment, you will be covered by sheets using various draping techniques that ensure personal privacy. Only the area being worked on will be uncovered.
If possible, please download this form and bring the completed health history form(s) with you to your first appointment.
